Dt. A. Nirusha has been writing diets in Visakhapatnam for twelve years.
Every diet is written by her, for you, after she has asked about your health history, your routine, your family's cooking and what you actually like to eat. The plan is rewritten each month around how the last one went.

Only food
No powders, no shakes, no supplements to buy. If a plan needs a product to work, it is not a plan you can keep.
Your own kitchen
Easy to prepare, normal dishes that you eat at home. No exotic vegetables or dishes suggested — a diet you have to shop specially for is a diet you will stop.
Alongside your doctor
She handles the food. Your physician handles the medicine. She will not change or comment on anything you have been prescribed.
FOOD ONLY Therapy
“The most potent medicine and the most sustainable path to health are found in the very foods we eat every day.”

What happens in those 45 minutes
“Book a consultation” is an abstraction, and people hesitate at abstractions. This is the appointment.
- 1
She asks, you talk
Your health history, what you have been treated for, what you take, what you have already tried and how it went. Bring your reports — they get read, not glanced at.
- 2
Your real day, not an ideal one
When you leave the house, when you actually eat, who cooks, what your family cooks, what you genuinely like. A plan built around a day you do not have is a plan you will drop by Thursday.
- 3
The plan is written for you
From the rice, dal and vegetables already in your kitchen. No powders, no shakes, no shopping list of things you have never bought.
- 4
Then she stays with you
You photograph each meal through the month and she replies — swaps, portions, what to drop. At month end she writes the next plan around what actually happened.
What she will not do
Worth knowing before you pay, rather than finding out afterwards.
Sell you anything
No powders, no shakes, no supplements, no branded meal replacements. The clinic stocks nothing and earns nothing from what you eat.
Touch your medication
She will not start, stop, change or comment on a prescription. She writes the food; your doctor decides the medicine.
Starve you
No crash diets and no skipping meals to make a number move faster. Weight lost that way comes back, and she would rather it did not.
Ban your staple food
Rice is not the enemy. Quantity, timing and what sits beside it are what get adjusted.
Promise you a number
Nobody can honestly tell you how many kilos in how many weeks before meeting you. The month-end review shows you what actually moved.
Hand you to someone else
You are not passed to an assistant after the first visit. Every plan the clinic issues is written by her.
Come and meet her.
30–45 minutes, ₹500, on Beach Road. Book by voice in about a minute.

Her own clinic
My Health My Care is Dt. Nirusha's practice, not a franchise or a chain outlet. The person who owns it is the person who writes your plan.
Twelve years, hospital-trained
Yashoda Hospital in Hyderabad, then nine years in Visakhapatnam. Clinical experience, not a weekend certification.
FOOD ONLY Therapy
Her own principle: everyday food is the medicine. Nothing is sold to you, because nothing needs to be.
One dietitian, start to finish
You are not passed to an assistant after the first visit. Every plan is written by her.
Telugu, Hindi or English
Talk about your food in the language you actually cook and eat in.
