▸How does the voice booking work?
Press the button and talk. Our AI receptionist checks the real appointment diary, offers you times that are genuinely free, and books you in. It usually takes about a minute.
▸Am I talking to a real person?
No — she is an AI receptionist, and she will tell you so. She can book, reschedule and cancel, and she will put you through to the clinic team for anything she cannot do.
▸Can I speak in Telugu or Hindi?
Yes. Choose your language before you start, or just begin speaking. Telugu, Hindi and English are all supported.
▸Will she give me diet advice on the call?
No, and she is not permitted to. She is a receptionist — no portion sizes, no calorie counts, no food swaps. That is Dt. Nirusha's work and it is what the consultation is for.
▸What will she ask me?
Your name, your phone number, whether you want the clinic, video or phone, and roughly when suits you. Nothing medical.
▸Will I get a confirmation message?
We do not send an automatic WhatsApp, SMS or email confirmation yet, so please save the appointment to your phone's calendar from the confirmation card — there is a button for it.
▸How do I know my appointment is really booked?
The confirmation card appears on screen the moment the booking is made, with your appointment ID and the exact day and time. Save it to your calendar or share it to yourself from that card.
▸How far ahead do I need to book?
At least one hour. The system will not offer you anything sooner, because Dt. Nirusha needs time to reach the clinic.
▸I am outside the clinic right now without an appointment. What do I do?
Book the earliest slot the system offers and tell the receptionist you are already there. Dt. Nirusha usually reaches the clinic within about 45 minutes — the beach is across the road if you would like a walk while you wait.
▸How do I reschedule or cancel?
Call the clinic on +91 94408 00242, or start another call with the receptionist and tell her. Please give at least an hour's notice.
▸Do I pay when I book?
The slot is held once the ₹500 consultation fee is paid, in advance. Pay online through the link on the confirmation card, or send ₹500 by UPI to +91 94408 00242.
▸Will anyone ask me for my card details or an OTP?
Never. Nobody at this clinic, and certainly not the AI receptionist, will ask for a card number, CVV, UPI PIN or OTP. If anyone does, it is not us — stop and call the clinic.
▸Is the call recorded?
Recording is off by default. A written transcript of the booking is kept so the clinic has a record of what was agreed.
▸The microphone is not working. What else can I do?
Call +91 94408 00242 or message the clinic on WhatsApp and the team will book you in.
▸What should I bring to the appointment?
Any recent blood reports, a list of the medicines and supplements you take, and a rough idea of what you have eaten over the last two or three days.
▸How long will I be there?
30 to 45 minutes.
▸Can I book for my mother or my child?
Yes. Tell the receptionist whose appointment it is and give their name when she asks.
▸Do you work on Sundays?
Yes. The clinic is open every day, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
▸Can I book a video consultation instead of coming in?
Yes. Video and phone consultations are available at the same length and the same ₹500 fee — just say which you would prefer.
▸What if I need to see her urgently?
Book the earliest slot the system offers and call the clinic on +91 94408 00242 to tell them. If you are having a medical emergency, contact emergency services — this is a diet clinic, not an emergency service.
